Our services are non-refundable, however we offer free repair services for up to 5 days after your date of service. This includes any chips, breaks, or lifts in your freshly done nails. Give us a quick call or email and we’ll book you right in!
We kindly request that you provide us with a courtesy call or text if you anticipate any delay in arriving for your scheduled appointment. As part of our commitment to maintaining an efficient schedule for all our valued clients, we have implemented the late policy: For appointments where you exceed a 10-minute delay without prior notice, we reserve the right to consider it a no-show and proceed with canceling the appointment.
